Guaranteed Reviews: The Volume You Order, Delivered as Agreed

You tell us how many reviews your listing needs and where they should come from. We build the content, release it on a schedule you approve, and stay on the order until the volume is on your page.

The word in the product name refers to delivery volume and to the written terms of your order, not to a promise that a review will stay online forever. That distinction matters, and we would rather explain it before you buy than after.

Why the number of reviews on your page matters

A review is social proof that can be counted. A shopper who lands on a listing with four reviews reads all of them, because there are only four. The same shopper on a listing with a deep feed of recent reviews trusts the page enough to skim it rather than interrogate it.

Volume also shapes your feed. With a steady flow, the visible top of the review list stays current and a visitor reads comments about the version they are about to install. Without that flow, the first thing they read can be a complaint from a release you already fixed.

Both stores surface review content in ways that reward an active listing. Reviews that mention features, use cases and category vocabulary give the store more context about what your app is and who it serves. None of this replaces having a good app, though: reviews amplify what the product actually is. If your app is solid and simply invisible, review volume is one of the cheapest ways to signal that real people use it.

What we deliver

Every order is scoped in writing before delivery starts: platforms, regions, languages, volume, schedule and content direction.

1. A volume-scoped campaign, not an open-ended retainer

You order a number. We deliver that number on the platforms and regions in the order, released across the agreed campaign window, with no quiet stretching of the timeline.

2. Review content written for your category and locale

Reviews are written per app, per market. A finance app review does not read like a casual game review, and a review written for a German storefront does not read like a machine translation of an English one. We work from your store description, your feature list and any notes you give us about how users actually behave in the product, and we keep a spread of lengths, tones and viewpoints so the feed does not look templated.

3. Acquisition through channels we can stand behind

Reviews are collected through the acquisition routes set out in your order, with accounts that match the target storefront rather than a single pool pointed at every country. We keep daily and weekly volumes inside a range that matches what an app of your size would normally attract, because an abnormal spike is the pattern that gets noticed and removed.

4. Release schedule and delivery confirmation

You get a schedule up front and a running confirmation as batches land, so you can check your own store page instead of taking our word for it. At the end of the window we reconcile what was ordered against what is visible, and if anything is short we tell you before you have to ask.

5. What happens if a review disappears

Stores remove reviews. Sometimes the removal is policy-driven, sometimes it is part of routine cleanup, and no third party controls that decision. Your order states exactly what happens inside the campaign window if a delivered review is no longer visible, and the usual arrangement is replacement within the remaining volume. Read that clause before you order so your expectations and ours match.

How it works

  1. Tell us the target. Send your app links, the platforms you care about, the storefronts you sell in and the volume you have in mind. If the volume looks wrong for your listing, we say so and explain why.
  2. Scope in writing. We confirm platforms, regions, languages, content themes, pacing and the terms that apply if a review is removed. Nothing starts until you have that document.
  3. Content preparation. We draft the review set against your product notes and get your approval on themes and tone. You can remove any direction you are not comfortable with before release.
  4. Paced release and reconciliation. Batches go live on the agreed schedule. We track visibility across the window and close the order with a reconciliation of ordered volume against delivered volume.

Who this is for

Frequently asked questions

What does "guaranteed" actually cover?

It covers delivery volume and the written terms of your order: a defined number of reviews across defined storefronts, plus the clause that says what happens if any are removed inside the window. It does not mean a review can never be taken down, because that decision belongs to the store rather than to us.

How is this different from the App Ratings & Reviews service?

That service is about the score your page displays and the overall health of your reputation, including monitoring and response guidance. This one is narrower: a defined volume of written reviews on a schedule. Many clients run both, because a rating lift without reviews still leaves an empty-looking feed.

Can I choose what the reviews talk about?

Yes, within reason. You can tell us which features, use cases or user types you want represented, and which claims to avoid. We will not write reviews that promise something your app does not do, because that is the kind of review that later gets removed or replied to badly.

Do you write in languages other than English?

Review language follows the storefront. Where your listing is localised, the text is written in that language by someone who writes it natively rather than translated word for word. Tell us the storefronts up front and we scope the languages in the order.

How fast can delivery start?

It depends on how much content has to be prepared and how many languages are involved. We give you a start date in the order document rather than a marketing estimate, and hold to it once agreed.

Tell us the volume you need

Send your app links and target storefronts. We will come back with a scoped order: platforms, regions, languages, pacing, terms and start date in one document you can compare with other quotes.
